I left a message and received a call back immediately. They came by while we were at work to look at the tree stumps we wanted removed and left an estimate in our mailbox. The estimate was reasonable and we called them back to schedule a time. We didn't need to be home for the work to be done, so we scheduled a day the following week for them to come by and grind up the stumps.
