When I asked them why they didn't cut the branch that I hired them to cut in the first place, they gave me excuses where they used buzz words like "horticulture". So, I had to hire a second tree service who came in and quickly completed the job that these guys failed to do."

"After Hurricane Isaias I requested professional services from Home Advisor and Angie's List. The Home Advisor pros never contacted me. I called Morales Brothers from Angie's List recommendations. I had a HUGE tree that fell over from my neighbor into my backyard. A rep from Morales Brothers promptly came over to look at my property and gave me a very reasonable estimate. Then they showed up as agreed for the job. They were on time, extremely polite and did an OUTSTANDING job. They also cleaned up everything afterwards. My neighbor watched them doing my yard and hired them as well. They are coming back in a few days to do my neighbor's backyard. I HIGHLY recommend the Morales Brothers service. "He responded quickly to my call, came the same day to inspect the trees and began treatment within a few days. He was informative about the disease and had specialized training in treating oak wilt. He did let us know that treatment effectiveness is only about 50/50 when you have trees that are already infected. Since the treatment was recent, we don't know if the trees will survive. But since these trees provide our backyard shade, we decided to go ahead with the treatment."
