Jesse, the owner came, inspected the tree and gave the quote right there and then. He also emailed the quote. Since the price was competitive, I gave him the job. He came with his guys, performed the work in 2-3 hours and cleaned after themselves. Very satisfied with their work and will employ their services again.

Jesse and his team are quick, clean, and professional. I branch broke off during a storm and was in danger of falling into the neighbor’s yard. The Luna team came out for an estimate on the same day, gave us a fair quote, and were able to schedule us the very next day. The team showed up completely prepared, they did quick work without harming the tree or anyone’s fences or yard. They left our yard cleaner than how they found. For reference, the had to climb over 50 feet on a very precarious tree to get this done. I would highly recommend them!

Contracted Jesse for the job. He was supposed to show up in the afternoon. He texted the time he was supposed to show up to say he was running late and would arrive 1.5 hours later. 1.5 hours later passed and no word from Jesse. I reached out and he said he wouldn’t be coming and we needed to reschedule. Not one I’m sorry or consideration for my time. The next day he reached out with a date and time which I confirmed, then he said that he would no longer be able to do the job. I asked why and he said he wasn’t able. I did get my refund back but I would strongly not recommend this group of amateurs if you want a reliable service.

Jesse and his team removed 6 big trees, removed the stumps and trimmed multiple trees on my back yard. They are very neat and cleanup all the mess. Communication was very professional. He also ask me to review his work at the end of the day. I will hire him for future needs.

I recently hired Luna Tree Service (run by Jesse Luna) for removal of a large tree very near my house that appeared to be in some distress. The tree was very close – within about 15’ of my residence and made me a little more nervous with every passing storm. They arrived on time with a total crew of 3. We talked a bit about what needed to be done and they got immediately to work. Very professional, hard workers, reasonably priced, and friendly crew. No bucket truck – Old School climbing and trimming -- and everything dropped perfectly with no damage of any kind to the home even though it was very close to the work. At one point near the end, Jesse mentioned that he might have to drop a part of the very large trunk in a way that would take out some saplings. There didn’t seem to be any other way to take it down but even so he ended up managing to drop it behind them with very little damage to them at all. Great work! Also, great clean up job. Very happy with the process and would definitely hire again…

Jesse and his assistant were great!! My trees were cut, shredded and taken out. My leaves were blown and my yard and trees looks great!! My home looks fabulous minus the trees. So satisfied with the job. I would reccommend them to anyone!! They are truly the best!!

Jesse was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. He came when he said he would come to provide an estimate, which was very fair. He was responsive to any of my inquiries and kept me posted of any delays in his arrival. He estimated that the job would take 3 hours and that is how long it took. Everything was done safely and efficiently and they did a thorough clean-up job. I highly recommend Jesse!

Jesse Luna is very knowledgeable about types of trees and how to care for them especially a questionable or dead tree for removal, he knows how to assess maintaining the life of healthy existing trees if the branches have been broken due to severe weather. He is enthusiastic to stop by and talk with you to provide an estimate but at the same time he studies what's going on in your yard and then provides a flat rate right there for you to decide on yet only after he explains what he is able to do and how he will do it. However, it is always the responsibility of the customer to ask questions when any service comes over to meet you for the first time, before the day of the actual job, plus RIGHT AFTER the job is completed, remember every job done is individual, every residence and yard is different, therefore it's up to YOU as a customer to ask questions making sure every question or concern is addressed, and that everything was done safely and according to what was agreed upon. Jesse is fully insured and I asked him to email all of it to me prior to the work done and he did.

Luna Tree Service did a great job. They were on time every time they came and worked feverishly to complete the job. The whole crew worked together which made it even better. I have never seen such hard working men. I was always kept abreast of what they were doing. I give them 5 ??????????not to mention how gorgeous Jessie is!!!!! I would highly recommend this company!! If I have work in the future they will be called back.

Jesse Luna, owner of Luna Tree Service was a blessing to meet for removing a fallen tree in my forest. He was very polite and personable the moment he answered my first phone call with him, and he was able to meet me that same day coming over to Wayne NJ being that he was in the area that same afternoon. I had an intuitive feeling when I noticed his business and even though he is based in Garfield NJ and not my town it felt right to give Luna Tree Service a call and my instinct was right. Jesse and his workers were very dedicated and professional, any questions you have before a visit Jesse will get back to you and answer all of them. He is very knowledgeable and intelligent regarding all aspects of trees, his pricing is very fair in relation to your individual reasons for tree service. Jesse doesn't simply own a tree service to just solicit customers or let his workers do everything, no, Jesse stands by his workers and with them doing all the work as a team together, I was very impressed with that, an owner of a business who is very kind and loyal not only to his customers but the men who work for him.
