I originally called them to replace the chase cover on my chimney, and to do a cleaning and video inspection as well. Adore was the first company out of three to reply to me and Andy was quickly available for an estimate. He showed up on time and was extremely professional. He gave me a great education about the project and a great estimate as well. I was so impressed with the care and workmanship of the chimney job, I had them come back a second time, a couple of weeks later, to replace my gutters. Andy and his team did another fine job, on time, and a great price. Showed great care for my home, cleaned everything up and hauled it away. Once again, so impressed, I had him come back a third time to replace the cap on my flue. Adore is everything you want from a construction company working on your home. "This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. Unfortunately when Eric and the crew began replacing the skylights they observed severe rot in the shingles and in the wood under the shingles. Eric showed me all the evidence of the rot and we agreed that I had to bite the bullet and replace the entire roof. Once I got over the shock of the unexpected cost, I agreed to have the work done. The next day Royal Pro had a crew of about 10 people beginning the work. The crew did the job in two days. They took care to move all the outdoor furniture and plant and covered my deck and driveway. They brought in the dumpster and off to work they went. And while on the roof the crew took care of various odds and ends at no additional cost. I wholeheartedly recommend Eric and the Royal Pro Construction team."
