Extremely expensive repair. After work was done, I smelled a strong odor of gas. Called vendor to check my fireplace. They gave me an appointment for a return visit and never showed up. I not only can't use my fireplace but I spent a whole day at home waiting for them to come. I strongly urge anyone with a fireplace issue to avoid this company.

Jason was great! He answered on the first call, arrived as we had agreed, found and fixed the problem immediately. I would highly recommend him!

Contacted them. Tried scheduling a preliminary inspection to assess defects. First attempt did not show. Got tied up. Few more coordination attempts,guys came over, looked at fireplaces, took photos and measurements and said they'd talk to boss and have him contact us with options. Spoke to him. Said he wanted to come look and discuss. Nov 20 texted to try to meet up. No go. We went on vacation so contacted after we returned 12/3 by text. No response. Texted again 12/7. No response. Tried calling twice. No response. One final text on 12/18 asking if they were interested or if we should move on. No response. Moved on. Never heard back ever.

Jay was very professional and really knew what he was talking about. His pricing is very reasonable and he is very timely in his work and response to a call for service.

It went very well. He was able to come out the same day to take a look at the house and discussed all of the options. He provided us with a proposal the next day and gave us a good price. we are happy with all of the work performed.

Excellent experience!! I went on Angies List researched businesses decided on Jason of Central Jersey Fireplaces. He called me literally in minuets from putting my information in on line. He set the appointment in less than a week out; accommodated my late working schedule; very prompt in arrival; neat in cleaning the fireplaces using drop cloths and vacuum. Jason was attentive to my problems with the fireplaces and offered solutions. His service included cleaning, flame adjustment, correct placement of logs and the addition of new glow embers. Total service time 1 hour. I highly recommend Central Jersey Fireplaces and will definitely use his services again.
