40 Dependable Appliance contacted me 5 minutes after I logged onto Angie's List. It was late in the afternoon, and I wasn't home. The man on the phone told me he would call first thing in the morning and set up a time for a repairman for a service call. I stayed home the following day, Friday...
Great customer service when the sales person came in to do an estimate on my gas furnace.
On the day they said they would finish they asked for a check in the morning since we would not be home when they finished. I was hesitant but he asked me to trust him so I paid him. They left with out completing the job. I have tried to contact him over and over and he told me he is too busy...
Sunday morning I turned the heat on . . . but there was no heat. I researched Angie's List and found Big Apple Plumbing & Heating in Middle Village. I called them Monday morning before 9a, and by 1:15p, the same day, they arrived, diagnosed the problem, fixed the problem, and left by 2:15p....
