This was a great experience from start to finish.  Sue braved a snow storm on my day off for a consultation.  She is very knowledgeable and knew what my family needed in terms of our laminate and carpet.  The price also fit within our budget.

Joe and his team installed our laminate and it came out fantastic.  Same for Tony who installed our carpeting.  They are true craftsmen and know exactly what they are doing which is sometimes hard to find.  They also easily navigated around our furniture.

"Crew showed up on time on a snowy Saturday morning. Worked all day, kept everything clean and tidy. Carpet looks great. I had to buy additional carpet because of the unusual shape of two rooms, which raised the overall price a bit, but now I have some extra to play with. I only wish they would have removed the old carpet from my home. Good experience.

"the installers were polite, however not very good at "finishing". The areas around the base of the railing and hallway were raggedy along with   Cutouts for the air condition floor vents were ragged and 2 of the 3 vents were dented during installation so that made it hard to put back in the vent covers, we had to hammer them back in. Had my handrail up the rail painted 3 weeks before the install and had a hard time bringing in a 15' piece of carpet it so it rubbed off some of the paint on my handrail."
