"I went with this company because of all the 5 star ratings. I wish I had the pleasure to experience a 5 star service. Unfortunately, I did not. I first have to say that overall the installation of my doors were good. However, in order for me to give 5 stars, the following has to ensue. Professionalism, Punctuality and attention to detail. The head installer Jacob, first arrived with a nasty disposition and when the project started, he had the audacity to have a full blown loud argument with his co-worker in my house, which made me feel uncomfortable and unsafe. Secondly, they were to arrive between 8am & 9am, I get it if one is running late because of traffic or other unforeseen circumstance. They arrived after 9am and a courtesy call would of been nice. Once the project was done, there was no initial walk through with the head installer. Because I already felt a bit intimidated by the earlier ordeal between jacob and his co-worker, I did not ask Jacob for a walk though nor did he offer one. I took it upon myself to do a quick inspection. Everything at face value seemed to look ok. So the next morning once everything settled, I did a more thorough and lengthy inspection. I discovered issues that in hindsight I wish I could of addressed the day of the project. Please see attached photos for what I found. Although these issues I found are minor, I have to say that for almost $10,000, I expected a perfect job to be performed from start to finish. The pictures below are a result of someone not paying attention to detail."

"Santos and his helper did a great job working on our storm door. After he removed the door he had to remove rotted wood that was part of the door frame. He had to cut and replace with new wood. He then did a great job replacing all the aluminum around the door frame. The storm door was then reinstalled. It was late in the day when they finished. But there was a slight issue with the door latching. The very next morning Willy called and asked if he could come over and take care of that issue. We set up a time for Willy to come and he did an excellent job fine tuning the door closure. He couldn’t have been more respectful and professional. It was a pleasure dealing with Willy. "We have hired Doctor Fix-It LLC on three occasions so far. The first time we needed shelving installed in our laundry room and a large framed picture hung on a wall. Keith provide an estimate that was very reasonable and competitive. I especially loved his communication! He sent an email with his arrival time and he arrived on time. Keith was very personable and professional. He listened as I explained my requests in detail. The shelving was purchased and installed exactly how and where I wanted as well as the art work.
