What really sets Mike apart is that he also has someone on his team who can put everything back together afterward, including framing studs, rebuilding walls, spackling, priming, and crown molding. After my wife shared her vision for the space next to our garage once the floor was torn up, Mike delivered exactly what she wanted. We were already planning to update our downstairs since the previous owners had outdated wood paneling from ceiling to floor, but the end result exceeded our expectations.
