"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. "Our outdoor faucet was leaking non-stop and our attempts at fixing the situation resulted with the hose that connects to the faucet to spring a leak, causing a flood inside our house. We called Eddie O's on the same evening that we had the leak and THANKFULLY, within an hour Eddie was at our house to fix the problem. He welded an L-joint to connect the faucet to the hose and then realized that our hose had a unique clamp that required a special tool for it to be installed. He let us know that he would have to return the next day to complete the job because the tool he needed was back at his shop. As promised, and in a timely manner, he returned back to our house and finished the job. He was very efficient, professional and took the time to explain the job he was doing. "The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."
