"Needed leaky water valve repaired and sewer system unclogged. Came within 45 minutes of my desperate phone call. Installed new valve and new copper piping. Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. Work crew had to dig out two big bushes to access the old sewer pipe at my home's foundation but replanted them along with any tulip bulbs they displaced. "I called yesterday and was able to get put in the line up for today.  
I'm a previous customer, Eddie O, fixed my kitchen sink about a year ago and it's been fine ever since and today's visit was no different.   I was contacted by the mechanic, Edmund at 8:00am and he said he'd be there in half an hour.  True to form, he was at my door at 8:30 am.  This gentleman, Edmund, who arrived was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.   I showed him the area, he went to work and had the problem diagnosed within minutes.

I'm sorry for anyone who has had a tough experience but I never had with Eddie O and his team.  I can honestly say this after calling around to several other plumbers, and getting their scheduling and pricing runarounds.  I am very pleased with my decision to let Eddie O. (Edmund) handle my problem.

"The previous owner of our property used his French drain installation as a selling point, but shortly after we moved in we found water in the basement after a storm. It turned out that the "French drains" were a trench at the edges of the basement and a sump pump. The drains were not piped to the sump pump. We had Arid install real French drains with pipe to the sump pump well. Thus was in 2005 and we have not had any water in the basement since. Pat explained the job well and his team performed it quickly. They cleaned up well afterwards. The pump finally gave out last night (after almost 12 years). Arid is going to install new one on Friday."
