Could not flush clog from inside, so came next day and dug 7' hole in front garden to remove the clog. Also installed vertical pipe to access any future sewer problems. I'm a previous customer, Eddie O, fixed my kitchen sink about a year ago and it's been fine ever since and today's visit was no different.   I was contacted by the mechanic, Edmund at 8:00am and he said he'd be there in half an hour.  True to form, he was at my door at 8:30 am.  This gentleman, Edmund, who arrived was very polite, professional and knowledgeable.   I showed him the area, he went to work and had the problem diagnosed within minutes.
He confirmed the diagnosis and my quoted price and went to work diligently fixing the problem and replacing the necessary parts, etc.   He was a clean and expeditious worker and was done so quickly, my head spinned.   It was awesome.  All in all, the whole thing took less  than 30 mins.   
I'm sorry for anyone who has had a tough experience but I never had with Eddie O and his team.  I can honestly say this after calling around to several other plumbers, and getting their scheduling and pricing runarounds.  I am very pleased with my decision to let Eddie O. (Edmund) handle my problem.
