"Daren of D&D Security Systems was extremely knowledgeable of the various systems. He did not push me to purchase any system but rather took the time to explain several systems. He arrived on time and installed all of my cameras with no wires showing, installed the NVR and monitor inside taking great care to put them where I wanted them. He then programmed the system on all of my devices. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a security system. Daren s professionalism and attention to detail was outstanding!!"

His guys were all very professional and took the time to explain the system to my mother, who is not tech savvy. His price is very competitive and the product is fantastic. You can pay for the service monthly, quarterly or yearly and are not locked into a contract. Look not further, save yourself a lot of hassle and call Art."

"It went great!  From Travis the sales person to Noah the installer I couldn't have asked for a more professional and through team to deliver my home security needs.  We just bought a new house in a neighborhood that's up and coming but there's still an element that we want to protect our home and valuable from.  Security One helped us find a system that we could monitor while we're away and that would make my girlfriend feel safe when I'm not a home.  We highly recommend them especially Travis and Noah.  Ask for them by name!

"Jeremy came out to my house to explain 1st Security's system (co-branded system with alarm.com), and gave me an amazingly good deal with the best pricing possible. The thing that amazed me was that 1st Security's pricing (both upfront equipment cost and the monthly monitoring charge, with full access to smart phone system) was LESS than the do-it-yourself options like FrontPoint. Yes--it was less than FrontPoint, even though 1st Security's pricing includes FULL installation by a professional (Larry, who was amazing--spent hours at my house making sure everything was right and teaching my husband and me how to use the system). Even more amazingly, 1st Security's monthly rate (again, less than FrontPoint) includes service, meaning that there is NO house-call charge, the way there was with my previous alarm company. If anything breaks, etc., they will come out and fix/replace it! Jeremy and Larry were both awesome--helpful, courteous, professional, prompt, etc. I highly HIGHLY recommend them and 1st Security. If you're thinking of going with a DIY alarm company to save money, don't bother--call 1st Security. They will also match other companies' prices!"

"They system was installed for the basic, but anything that you wanted needed to be higher upgraded require alot of extra money for every upgrade.
 The 36.99 monthly fee was for only if your system is connected to a landline. I didnnt notice that they charge me $44.99 until my 1st month fee. Thats when I was told that they charge $44.99 because the alram was connected to my cable line instead. I was unaware of the different charges. When tec came out he didnt show up to fix the corrected. Had to call the main company for the no show. So they schedule another appointment and offered 2 window alarms to fix the correction but my bill still is $44.99. Default is that since I didnt have extra money to upgrade to the Pulse, you dont know if you turn the alarm to your house properly. I called the 800 number and they cant tell either!
