We met with Ion who discussed the options for our deck, and for our desire to have a covering for the deck. After conversation and his providing a competitive bid, we went with his deck design and the recommendation of a Pergola with a movable roof! They handled the demolition of the prior deck and work on the new deck in a professional and efficient manner. It was clear to us during the construction the craftsmanship of the construction team, adding those extra touches that really highlights a quality job! The Pergola was a great suggestion, and we are enjoying the option to have total shade with the roof closed, to expanded sun and vision with it open! As with all construction projects, there were certain items that needed to addressed or replaced. Each request was received in a positive manner, and addressed immediately to our satisfaction.
