Since my surgery, I've been looking unsuccessfully for a reliable and skilled contractor to do some needed repairs on my home. I contracted with SSCR Carpentry to install a new picture window, steel entry door, and screen door for my house. Scott and Toby did a fantastic job! They were on time, professional, and do quality work! While that might seem like a gimmie to some people, trust me, here in Northeastern Pennsylvania - that combination is very hard to find. I highly recommend them for any remodeling needs that you might have. One last point of fact, is their level of customer service. My storm door was delivered boxed and sealed, but hinged on the wrong side and without hardware. Not only did they help me box it back up for pick-up, they immediately rescheduled a return visit to install the corrected storm door when it arrives! Five stars and a round of applause !"

"In 2024I hired pro. Solutions to build a back deck with an extension. I asked them to rebuild my front porch, and I put a fence around my yard. They are a scam artist. They outsourced my work to another company. They barely came to work. They told me I had to wait a year later to stained and sealed. The wood April of 2025I started calling them. I got a hole to Guy he said that he would have someone come out and start the work. No one came here until August of 2025. They sent one guy, 15 gallon bucket of something that wasn't even the color nor was it stain and seal the guy Joey, it took a month. He was here 3 days within that month. And then get half of the fence done, Dennis never answered my calls. I called him over and over again to where they even knew my telephone number and they wouldn't answer the phone so I called for my husband's phone, and then they stopped answering his phone calls. This company is a piece of s***. Do not do not hire them"
