They replaced the floorboards, the side railings and boards, and the steps. It looks great and is very solid. See attached pics."

"Danny and his team are the best. His prices are reasonable. He is very honest. He starts his jobs very early, he explains the work that will be done, he is very particular and detail oriented. He makes sure that the job is done correctly. Danny has extensive knowledge about homes. He replaced a leaking pipe that lead to the roof in my attic, installed plywood in my attic for storage, repaired a leak in my roof, replaced shingles on the roof, installed ceiling storage racks and shelving in my garage and he shows you different aspects of the job as he is working on it. . Everything was done perfectly and he cleaned up when he was finished. There is nothing that he cannot do. And most of all, he is a very nice and courteous person. I will be contacting him again for additional projects."

Juan was prompt to response to my initial phone call, while Isa was out the next day (a holiday weekend nonetheless) to measure and get us a very reasonable estimate. Within a few days, our walls and ceiling were up and Noel was putting the finishing touches on the sanding. Without these guys, our project wouldve been delayed for weeks! "FANTASTIC!!! This builder listened to my ideas and helped me realize my dreams for each room. I saw a job they did on a friends house then contracted for my kitchen. It is beautiful! We then had them do our main bathroom upstairs and again fantastic work!! Then our utility room and powder rooms which are unique and beautiful! Now outside driveway and sidewalk. The original builder of this home was terrible. No insulation in many places, no GFI, bad materials and workmanship.So, it was no easy job for the Bathroom and Kitchen King to work on my home. They were fantastic and well qualified to do the job. Sorry I cant figure out to get pics in here!"

"I called and was able to quickly get an estimate and get the work scheduled right away. This was important as I was selling my house and needed to get the work done. The work to the structure under the porch was top notch and done quickly. The initial repairs done on the old windows was not done in a quality manner. But when I took photos and sent them to Luis he had someone out to fix the problems the very next day. In the end, the job done on the windows was acceptable, given the time constraints they were under. I would have like a little better quality on the windows, but as I said it was acceptable."
