The home inspection stucco report was performed by an outside company and was 30 pages long.  It detailed so many issues with my stucco house (that is only 13 years old) that my head was spinning.  The first estimate that I got was for $17,000!  I decided to get a few more estimates.  I called 10 different companies and only got two more to come out after that first bid.  The first guy said there was nothing wrong with the stucco, but he could replace it if that's what we wanted, but it was completely unnecessary (we had zero leaks, no damage, nothing).  Then I talked to Layne from Commercial Insulators.  Layne asked me to email her the report.  She then analyzed the report line for line and sent me a counter report explaining that the stucco was done in 2003 according to the code in 2003 and that we were under no obligation to bring it up to 2016 codes!  She then gave me an estimate to install some flashings and kick-outs that would help divert water away from the windows and do some caulking to insure that the stucco does it's job to keep the house dry.
Her report was accepted and Rick did the work almost immediately.  He was an absolute perfectionist in matching the stucco color to my existing stucco.  I literally couldn't even see what he had done!  He finished the work in 2 days and came back the 3rd day to make sure he was happy with the color matching, which he wasn't and he applied a little different color.
If you have to do stucco repairs or remediation, make sure you call this company.  I feel like they were sent to me from above.  I went from a $17,000 expense to a $3,000 one.  I feel confident in their work and my buyer was extremely happy.

of the the top three Angie list qualified builders hr was the only one to return my call. He came out and did a thorough job measurreing and calculating. this is a big job approx 5' high wall 75' in length, patio wall in and out were 100' and finally did the inside ramp added about another 100' Good communication. in and out in a very professional time of 5 days as promised
