They fixed the top floor and stairs of my home and made it not only look new but feel new. The stairs and floor were falling apart, and made a lot of noise even through the carpet. Ahmet and his team came in and knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. I replaced carpet with vinyl flooring and had my stairs done the same. They fixed floor and stairs so well you don’t hear a single squeak. They are the greatest communicators when it comes to what is needed and what needs to be done for your project, all at a very fair price. I have already communicated more work I would like done by them in the near future because of the work they do. I am beyond happy with the results from them and can’t wait to have more projects done. He measured the space, and provided a detailed estimate with a graphic representation of the finished project. His cost estimate was very competitive. They started the job almost immediately. The construction supervisor, Leo, was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He and Ike were always available to allay my concerns and handle any issues that needed to be addressed. What really impressed me about Ike, was his constant communication with me about the project status and scheduling. They arrived on time and when expected. If they were not working that day, I was informed in advance. Also, Ike’s design suggestions were excellent, and it made the job very easy for us as he ordered materials, bought the right number of tiles, etc. I plan to use Hercules for additional projects in the future.
