As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. He made excuses once on the phone and then never showed up on any day that he said he would be there. Now I have been ignored for almost 2 weeks, and no service was provided. This man has read my messages but won't reply. He is a scammer. He will try to lure you away from Angie's List and/or HomeAdvisor and have you pay him through CashApp only to never provide you a service."
