I had received 4 estimates for this work and J.W. Tull matched the lowest bid I received and also upgraded the shingles to CertainTeed Shingles. Turnaround time from estimate to roof completion was 6 days. The first day my roof was torn off, plank replacement where necessary, and shingle application. The roofing team work very efficiently and arrived at 8 am and worked through until 730 pm on the first day. The second day the team installed the rest of the roof, including a dormer that needed flat roof installation. When finished the team cleaned my yard up and ran the magnet in all surrounding areas. "Was away when the work was done, but when we returned you would never know they were there - except for the new roof. There appeared to be a leak which I assumed was caused by the new roof. When they returned to inspect they found that another part of the roof which they were not responsible for was the culprit. They did a minor fix - w/o charge and the problem has not occurred again.
