The water damaged was caused by the contractor of the builder who negligently did not install the proper flashing on my exterior bricks and did not put flashing tape around my windows. He and his workers are skilled with carpentry, plumbing, flooring, painting and excellent tile work. He outsourced the electrical, new HVAC and granite to quality people. Because Harry has done so many similar jobs, he gives appropriate guidance as to what styles, colors, etc. would work best.
