The water damaged was caused by the contractor of the builder who negligently did not install the proper flashing on my exterior bricks and did not put flashing tape around my windows. The first contractor that I hired to do the job was unresponsive. Then I looked at HomeAdvisor and got Angel. He was on time, and he is so knowledgeable and honest.
