Dean R Theuret Custom Builder

The build time from start to finish took approx. 9 months which we considered very good considering the winter of 2011. The build quality of the home was outstanding. We would attribute the great outcome to several factors. Dean Theuret has considerable experience in building in the Little Egg Harbor /L.B.I. communities. Prior to contracting his services we were able to visit 3 new construction properties  that had been constructed by his company  in the last few years. All comments from the owners were extremely positive. We felt that Dean was an excellent communicator (usually a text away) and highly organized . Everything was clearly explained in the contract and any changes were explained as well as associated costs. He has excellent sub-contractors and  works with them as well as township inspectors to coordinate effective use of everyones time. We would like note Dean Theuret 's master carpenter Andy and his assistant Chris, two very talented individuals who were able to sucessfully incorporate many of our ideas into the house. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend this builder to anyone looking for a well built home at a reasonable price.
