When I moved to Marlton, I had heard many good things about Brindisi Builders and chose them to renovate our bathroom nine months ago. You could set your watch by the arrival of their crew and every one of them was polite, respectful and friendly. I felt comfortable having them in my house whether or not I was there. When a venting problem arose, Steve Brindisi himself climbed on our roof and took care of it. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Not only did I come in on budget (it was a little more than the original quote, but that's because I went for some more expensive products) it came in ON TIME!!!!! Great work - everyone was really professional and courteous. I will be using them again this spring to remodel the guest bathroom and just some small updates in the house.

Brindisi is well informed and extremely professional. The whole crew from stair Brindisi to ferman and crew, were neat, and very efficient. Our neighbors were very impressed while they admired the work bring completed in such a remarkable timeline even through – inclement weather. Thank Brindisi Builders for a job well done!

The project started with visit from Brindisi's Kitchen Designer, Quinn.  Quinn arrived for the appointment on time. made initial measurements, discussed the project scope, initial layouts, and a range of options.  After his initial visit, we were able to work most of the design details over email.  After a few weeks of design efforts and email exchanges, Quinn provided 3D renderings and an initial estimate.  We continued to work the design details and scope over email until we agreed on final scope and kitchen layout. Quinn is a total professional who worked with us to develop a beautiful kitchen design.  His attention to detail is clear in the final product.  He was a great help getting through this processes.
The next step was selection of products including cabinet style and color (at Brindisi), fixtures (at Delaware Valley Plumbing Supply) and Tile (at Garden State Tile).  Brindisi and their preferred suppliers offered a great selection of quality products covering a range of prices.  Again Quinn worked with us over several appointments, gave us all the time we needed, and was very helpful in the cabinet selection process.  The professional designers at Delaware Valley Plumbing Supply and Garden State Tile were also extremely helpful - making a difficult selection process much easier.  My wife and I are very particular and the designers helped us focus and zero in on exactly what we wanted.
Once we agreed on final scope, products, and price, we signed the contract.  The contract specified a latest start date of November 17 with a four week schedule to complete the project.  The start date was driven by the availability of the custom cabinets from the manufacturer.  Steve Brindisi contacted us on October 28 to tell us that the cabinets ware ready and ask us if they could start on November 3.  We agreed to the early start and the team arrived on time on November 3 to begin work,  Even with a coupled of minor change orders, the work was completed on time four weeks later.
Project foreman Larry and his team of professionals did an exceptional job.  The work is top quality and their skill, experience, attention to detail is very clear.  They job was complicated by walls and floors that were significantly out-of-plumb and out-of-level.  The team took all of the time necessary to deal with that and ensure the cabinets and tile floor were installed correctly. The painting subcontractor, in particular, did a beautiful job.  The custom cabinets from Christiana are absolutely gorgeous.
Everyone who has seen the kitchen and powder room has commented on the quality of the workmanship.  After a month of use, no problems of any kind.
The Brindisi team kept our old refrigerator in the kitchen during construction until the new appliances were installed.  Larry, Joey, and the rest of the Brindisi team were very considerate of the fact that we were living in a construction zone and made it as painless as possible.  They kept the mess contained and cleaned up everyday before leaving.  They were a pleasure to work with.  
I would highly recommend Brindisi Builders to anyone considering a kitchen or bathroom remodel.  We are already planning to use the on our next project.

They provided an exceptional top notch service.  We were expecting our second child and had a
tight time constraint and  they were able to accommodate our needs and complete the
job on time.  The staff were on time and cleaned up every day prior to leaving.  Theywere all perfectionist, ensuring that the job was done correctly and properly.  It is not cheap to replace 49 windows and they gave us total comfort that the job would be done right.  Every member of the staff were experts and we had total confidence asking anyone of them questions during the job and getting their opinion.  I would definitely recommend Brindisi Builders and I plan on using them again in the future.  It is great comfort when you have a reliable and trustworthy construction company that does phenomenal work.

Everything worked out well.  Quinn from Brindisi builders met my wife to check out the work we wanted performed.  He was helpful and responsive.  We asked they deliver the materials before installation so we could paint and stain the handrail and spindles.  They delivered 3 weeks before installation.  We were given a window of two weeks where the work would be performed and the work fell within the 2 week window.  Installation was completed in 1 day with a second day needed for touch ups.  The workers were super friendly and efficient.  We would use Brindisi Builders again.

We had tile put on the floor in our family, half-bath, laundry and water treatment rooms as well as the hallway in addition to basic updates and renovations.  Since we have had water problems a few times in the past (water heater leaked, etc.), we did not want anything on the floor that might get ruined should such an event occur again, so chose ceramic tile with a urethane grout which can be tricky to apply.  They did a beautiful job.  We are very pleased with all of the work done and with the quality of the cabinets they had for us to choose from.  Their vendors were a bit of a trek for us, but had quality products and were very responsive to our needs.  We were also pleased with their subcontractors.

Professional and friendly manner.  They came in on time and on budget, Brindisi Builders gave us the kitchen of our dreams!

Steve came to see the work we wanted done and took all the measurements of the bathroom with the locations of all the fixtures. An appointment was set up with a plumbing display showroom in order for us to pick out all the fixtures. Brinidisi gets a contractor discount from here. About a week after we picked out our fixtures, Brindisi sent the quote for the project. Once we agreed, a contract was signed but no money was exchanged until 50% of the project was complete. The remainder was due at completion and after inspection by the company owner. The two workers were prompt every day of the project. Exercised excellent dust control during the demolition phase. Tarps were put down on our flooring from the front door to our bathroom with the carpets and work area thoroughly vacuumed at the end of every day. The workers answered any questions or concerns we had and made some small changes during the construction at our request. Nothing was a problem. We are still waiting for a fill-in strip that will go between our vanity and wall that had to be special order to match the vanity. A small linen alcove was also built into an adjoining closet in our bedroom to provide towel storage. Friends who saw the new bathroom commented on how well the job came out. Brindisi spent the necessary time in getting all the detail work done that many contractors either miss or ignore. I did the painting myself and worked with the contractor to paint the areas around the toilet before it was installed. I was also able to get this done early in the AM before they showed up for work at 7:30 AM. Prices at first seem a little high, but the quality of the work is exceptional. We are thinking of putting in hardwood flooring in our dining and living rooms and will be seeking a quote from Brindisi when we are ready.

Initially we received 2 bids from reputable builders which were much higher than anticipated, so after further research on Angies list we requested a bid from Brindisi builders which was 35% less than our other bids. We worked with Brindisi on a contract which contained most of what is outlined by Angie's list as needed in a good contract and Brindisi was flexible in working with us on a start date that didn't conflict with a vacation we had previously scheduled. They started a week early after clearing it with us and the project finished slightly ahead of schedule and on budget. All of the workers were courteous, treated our property if it was their own, were easy to work with on any needed changes, sought our opinions on items, were good at their craft, took pride in their work and cleaned up every day before they left. We would use them again when the next big project comes along.

The folks at Brindisi were fantastic. After finding their name on Angie's List, we looked at the Brindisi Builders web site, and seeing all of the beautiful things that Mike and Steve had done, we were concerned that our project might be too small for them to take on. Mike assured us that it wasn't, saying that the small projects fit in between the large ones and keep his folks going. Our first personal contact with Mike was for a house that my wife and I were in the process of purchasing, and we asked Mike if he would come and give us an estimate for the work on that home. He explained that he would charge a $500 fee for the estimate, and that it could be used towards any work done which was fine with me. Mike arrived right on time and listened to what we wanted done. Frustratingly, the purchase of the first house fell through, so it was on to the next home. We reached out to Mike again and asked him if he would come to this home and do an estimate for us. He was more than happy to oblige, and again was prompt, professional and extremely personable. Mike sent us a proposal to approve and gave us a start date. As it seems lately, things never go as planned, and our closing date was pushed back. We were very worried that Mike would be upset and that their work schedule would be compromised. On the contrary, when we stopped by his office (after settlement finally occurred!) to speak to him, he said that he understood completely and that unfortunately, it was happening more often than not as of late. He was able to shift his folks where they needed to be which was good for everyone. The start date was pushed back roughly a month due to the closing issue and no fault of Brindisi Builder's. On the first morning of construction, Steve Brindisi called me to confirm a few things, and his team went to work. During the process, which due to permit requirements took roughly a month to complete, I heard from Steve every few days with status updates, questions and suggestions. Steve and all of the contractors used were professional and courteous. Everyday the work site was left nice and clean. Steve listened to all of our concerns, and made the appropriate adjustments. They even went as far as to put painters tape around all of the closed doors to the areas they were not working in to keep the dust out. Steve and his crew actually finished ahead of schedule, again the only hold up being the inspection process for the township. There was one minor issue after the work was completed and we were in the home. I called Steve and with two days, the issue was resolved. I can not say enough good things about everyone at Brindisi Builders. Mike and Steve were absolutely fantastic, and I would use them again, as well as refer them to anyone.
