I was able to schedule an appointment right away and upon inspection they had noticed our brick work needed to be repaired as the previous work was not correctly done. The liner also was bent and had a small tear. They were very informative, taking the time to show and explain all aspects of what needed to be done. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before.
