"This review is wrong. We were called out to do brickpointing because of a leak. It was a two day job. I did twice as much work & didn?t charge her. Tore down her chimney for free. Tried to help her out. Job took 4 days because it was worse than expected. It rained all month when it didn?t we were there. Answered her texts every morning. Very unreasonable. 2nd part of the job was something I suggestedI chose not to do anything else for her. She got a great deal. Her house looked like no one cared"

"We clean chimneys from the bottom up and top down usually. When chimneys are very tall and hard to access we clean from the bottom up. We have been cleaning chimneys for 15 years and eventually bought specific expensive equipment to clean from the bottom up. We typically will clean a chimney and do an inspection for $160-$180. Some chimneys are dangerous to access because of their height and roof pitch. This particular chimney was 30ft with a steep roof pitch. I used the camera after we cleaned and could see straight up the chimney. It was cleaned properly and could see the cap was on good. The job was done perfectly.
