I had a leak in the ceiling of the ground floor of my rental townhouse. I got two quotes before calling A1 Limitless who gave me a 'most likely' estimate over the phone, and since it was the lowest, I accepted it. The tech came right on time, but because no one was home, he kindly waited 30min till I arrived to let him in. After careful inspection, he found the source of the leak: a hole in the flat roof above and to the side. He plugged it and then went on to seal some cracks and holes on an adjacent roof, and a very long crack that went all the way down the vertical mortar joint between two exterior walls, matching the color of the sealant almost exactly. Everything was done with the utmost professionalism, and best of all: There is a five year warranty, and the price was less than quoted! I am very, very pleased.
