Sam, at Progressive Renovation, was the only contractor we interviewed to tell us exactly what the adjuster advised, and his cost estimate was identical to the adjusters. The crew worked on our site constantly (except during rain) and not only restored the chimney, but did so with better materials and workmanship than we had before.
