Bryant Diaz was very professional! As a first time buyer, I was very nervous about everything. Bryant showed up early and did the entire inspection in a reasonable amount of time. Everything that was needed to point out, was pointed out and I couldnâ t be happier than hiring Bryant. I will recommend to my friends and family!

My parents were downsizing and getting ready to sell there home. Our realtor suggested we do a pre listing inspection and recommended Bryant from palace home inspections. As a first time home buyer I was nervous about the inspection process. Bryant made it easy for me to understand and answered all my questions. He suggested I do a sewer scope since the house was built in the 60s and found that the sewer line needed to be replaced. With out his recommendation I would of bought this house and faced that cost of replacement which was over 10 thousand!!! I would recommend Bryant to any first time hoke buyer for his expertise.
