"Premier Basement Waterproofing is amazing! My 100 year old basement was musty & damp. I would get inches of water after a rainstorm. Nelson installed a French drain & sump pump which immediately got rid of the water seeping in. He also put up a vapor barrier which has kept my basement dry & no longer musty. My basement is completely water free and it’s been at least 15 months. It’s an amazing difference! I wish the ceiling was higher as it would be a great living space. Sam, at Progressive Renovation, was the only contractor we interviewed to tell us exactly what the adjuster advised, and his cost estimate was identical to the adjusters. The crew worked on our site constantly (except during rain) and not only restored the chimney, but did so with better materials and workmanship than we had before.
