Be aware the owner Dennis has a habit of changing prices once a contract has been signed by both parties. Had an issue with Landscapping signed a contract for 2024 and just so happened. He noticed I had a fence on my property mind you the fence has been up there for five years And heâ s just now noticing it even though he has other clients on my street. He wanted to change contract after it was signed by him and I I a consumer be aware of any contract you sign with Greenview.

I rarely write a review. But I have to write this one because Dennis has done such a great job on renovation of our driveway and front walkway. I know little about paver driveway and walkway. I am very happy to hire Dennis. He completed the project with high quality, a top notch job! Dennis is a great communicator and responded our questions on a timely manner. Not only did his team consistently show up on time, but he was willing to reschedule the work to accommodate our schedule. The cost of the project is low. Final project turned out great! I highly recommend!

Dennis was responsive, outbid other contractors and got the job done immediately to my complete satisfaction. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed done and worked with my contractor on site to get it done. I highly recommend this firm for lawn work.

The work was thorough and professional. They were expensive compared to other proposals received but the work was more extensive and I believe they were thorough and did not cut corners. The lawn looks like it was lifted from a golf course!

Hired them to install a patio and a new front walkway and they did absolutely amazing work. The crew was meticulous and made sure that I was satisfied every step of the way. Even when I ran into a snag with a change in design Dennis made sure I was satisfied with the job. I'd hire Greenview Landsculpting again without question.

Excellent work. Edged lawns, mulch installed, 12 ornamental grass plantings, and recovery with grass of a former garden . Dennis great to work with and his crew were hard-working, experienced, nice guys. Arrived on-time and before leaving cleaned up any debris. Excellent service overall. I would recommend them in an instant and they will be my go to landscaper from now on. Great job team and thanks for improving the look of my home!

The team at Greenview landsculpting did an excellent job. Their workers were kind and respectful. They did the job in 3 days. They suggested ways in which to make the patio even better. I took their advice about the Delaware Stones and it made the patio more elegant. I even had a few neighbors walk by and ask me who did I hire because now the neighbors want the patio done for them! The rep listened to my needs, made some recommendations, and then took action. The job is exactly what I needed and there will be additional projects to manage in the Spring.

We just had our paver patio done by Dennis and Greenview Landsculpting. What a great job they did! The crew was great, came early and put a full day every day. They were polite, friendly, and hard-working. As I watched the daily progress on the patio, I could tell the time and effort they put in, and the quality of the work shows it. Dennis was great to work with, very responsive by both phone and text. He was very respectful of our budget and made great suggestions on where to spend and where to save. I would highly recommend Dennis to anyone interesting in doing or renovating their yard or hardscape.

Worked with me even though we could not meet in person. No one else responded and those who did would not work with me because I live out of state. Greenview worked with me and got it done! I'm happy! Tenant is happy!

I have worked with a number of landscape companies over the last ten years and the professionalism, quality and overall level of service and value from Dennis, his foreman Jorge and the rest of his crew is the best by far. They have been responsive, attentive and have delivered with a high degree of quality. What they've accomplished in under two weeks, other providers said would take much longer. As unforeseen items have come up, they've raised them to my attention and have provided me with options. Unlike some other companies that are always looking for opportunities to help you spend more of your hard earned money, they've been focused on providing the best value. Greenview is an awesome company. Great pricing and a great team! Dennis runs a very friendly and efficient operation. My wife and I are very diligent when it comes to finding people to work on our house, and Greenview was exactly what we were looking for. We knew we wanted a patio, and we were open to suggestion. Dennis was a pleasure to work with. Dennis worked with me to pick plants for my front yard that would be low maintenance and would not be eaten by deer. As an added bonus he was able to add a needed splash of color. His team was on time for the appt and cleaned up after completing the work.
