Braz Masonry offered the best price and I decided to go with them, not only for the price but because I just got a good vibe from Roberto the owner. I was a little worried because I thought that, because of the lower quote, I would get hit with hidden extras to make up for the underbid estimate. The opposite actually happened. There was an unforeseen issue with my coping and there was an opportunity for him to make some extra money as I was already well into the project. "I'm rating this as OK for the great experience I had with them until Justin decided to switch to a different profession and things have gone downhill for them since. Justin was great at diagnostics, parts order and replacement of the Heat Exchanger of Pentair Hybrid heater last year. He was to then do the automation part but didn't progress much because of his decision to change career. I have been following up ever since with numerous calls and text and voice mails but no response. Finally got to talk to Larry who said they can't support me anymore as they don't have the bandwidth. Not a good experience."
