"Vincent arrived on time for duct cleaning service He evaluated and discussed needed service prior to beginning work. Option of cleaning the blower motor which was not included in the quote price for service was discussed. We were disturbed about the additional cost, Vincent remained calm and presented the option and additional information. We did choose to include cleansing of the blower motor. Ask specific questions about what is included in the service purchased. We are satisfied with the service provided."

Trees in the area finish ed their shedding so I gave RAP a call to schedule a cleaning.  We scheduled it for the following week.  Got a courtesy call prior to the visit which is always helpful.  Rich & his son arrived as scheduled, Got right to work and did a bang up job.   The cost was what he had mentioned with no additional fees.  He will be coming back in the spring for pressure washing the house & double checking the gutters.  I highly recommend them!!
