STAY AWAY....UNRELIABLE...2 DAYS LATE....PLUGS LEFT IN POOL,, STRAINERS NOT INSTALLED. I PAID 380.00 for them to just remove the cover and attach railing? Then next day pool wouldnt start, guy says, NEEDS A PART. Returns next day charges 135.00 for part. I had a different pool company come today, and tell me, a plug was left in, and strainer covers needed to be put on, and dial was set wrong. AND NOW IM PAYING AGAIN !!! Im 71 yrs old and cant afford to be robbed.

Marcelo and the team were amazing. Workers were all very hard working and they cleaned up after themselves each night. Would highly recommend Superior Pool.

They showed up 4 hours late, did not secure my cover correctly, and charged over 300 more than said I would have to pay.

Team was great. Knew what they were doing and went above and beyond. Even helped put away all the nets, hose and poles that I have for maintenance during the summer. Will definitely hire them again!

He worked with a good knowledge and experience of opening pools and about motors that power them also the type of chemicals to put in at the beginning to clear the water an excellent worker

What started as a dream come true has become a nightmare!!! DO NOT HIRE!! I hired Marcello and Superior Pool and Construction, LLC. with the hopes of having my pool open this summer. I started in January and booked a appt with Eric soon after. Received the contract and paid the requested installments in February and March (about $7800). They got right to work removing the old liner. I haven?t see them since I?ve reached out repeatedly over the last month to request a completion date. Rather than a date, either get a ?next week? response or none at all. There?s more: Due to poor communication, I recently learned that it would cost more to have the finished project ?up to code?. Think everyone reading this would agree, ?up to code? is a priority and should?ve been clearly communicated at onset of project. Good business/ customer service is lacking here. All about a cash grab. Perhaps for the best, as this company?s negligence may have resulted in future injury of a loved one.

We never had access to the pool during the summer of 2021 because they left the pool very dirty, he told us a few weeks later that if it was getting filthy just to clean the filter but we do not know how to do that, very poor customer service skills and communications skills, they did not do the job the were hired for.

He worked hard to do the job successfully - installed a new filter and cleaned the pool - the pool is finally sparkling clean and the system is working. We were very pleased with his work. Enjoyed the pool for the first time this summer.

Unreliable. began the pool project in March and never finished. the health department and police were at my home numerous times whenever his men did any kind of work. They overbook jobs leaving me without the use of a pool all summer and work incomplete. My property appeared to be a construction site for a year and my property and home were damaged needing repair. Wasted time and money. I had to hire another contractor to finish. The 4 and 5 star reviews are either fraudulent or were just lucky. Advice: beware this contractor.

I hired Marcelo to open my pool for the season. I took the cover off so he could get right to business. He arrived late, took a look at the filter cartridge and told me we needed a new one, which was true. He said he would buy one the next day, he did but it was $50 more than what I pay for the same cartridge. Instead of checking all other pool equipment, the day he arrived with the cartridge he looked at the pump and told me I needed to replace the pump. More time wasted. He recommended replacing both the pump and filter and asked me to upgrade to a more expensive brand. I only replaced the pump, which possibly could have been fixed with a filler glue. I paid him after he installed the new pump and the pool started to look ok, but it wasn't clear. Marcelo missed at least four appts that were made around his schedule. He came back because Home Advisor called him to see how things were going, which annoyed him. The water did go from green to cloudy but has never been clear. When I called him to ask about it, he told me I should hire him to service the pool! Don't waste your time or money with Superior Pool -spend more money for a professional.

Marcello was excellant to work with. I'm using him in the fall for new plastering and tile work.

They did a good job and I would highly recommend them.
