Sarah told me I was pretty far from her usual service area, but she would talk me through the procedure to unclog the carburetor if I was up for the task. She estimated it would take about 20 minutes and require a wire stay tie, 10mm socket wrench, and some 10W40. Twenty minutes later the snowblower started right up. She had gotten into this condition due to the failure of our previous vet to take her heart murmur and mitral valve condition seriously and treat it, or refer it to a specialist. Since then, we have received professional, caring medical services for all three of our dogs by every vet and technician at both facilities. As Blitzen's care now requires frequent hospitalizations or chronic kidney failure, we are well acquainted with both the staff and emergency veterinarians and most of the techs, and are impressed with the professionalism and true caring they demonstrate every time we come in. We especially love Dr. Kevin Maus, who treats our dogs as if they were a part of his own family. Our dogs are like our kids, and I trust them implicitly to give them the best care possible. They are also great to decrease the pets' fear as much as possible, and to educate pet parents."
