I've been a locksmith and handyman since 2005. I have experience with residential and commercial locks of all types. I can repair, install, assemble and do many other chores. My prices are competitive. My fee is $120 for the 1st hour and $60 per hour after. My main focus is to ensure that my customers are very satisfied with the service I provide.

Will was very personable and efficient. He was very knowledgeable and explained things clearly. The price was reasonable for the work that was done with the locks and he was able to install the Ring Video doorbell as well, which was extremely helpful.

He came out. He told me that if I had anything extra things to do to make a list and he'll come back and take care of it. It turns out that he wants to do finger print lock. I want a second finger just in case the first finger didn't work. The second finger print didn't work and maybe somebody else's finger print was on there. There's also a slider door that it goes into the wood that goes up above and he made more holes than necessary and it was not done right. As far as the ring door bell he said he had to leave cause he had another appointment but it would have take him 2 seconds to do it. He left and took the check and now I have to find somebody else to do the second finger print. And he refuse to come back and finish it and didn't put the ring door bell.

After moving into a new home, I needed to have my locks changed. I reached out to A Better Lock & Handyman and within a day, Will showed up to help. Not only was he reliable by showing up on time, but he was pleasant, communicative (e.g. managed expectations of when I could expect him) and professional. I have since used A Better Lock & Handyman for a few other odds and ends around the house (programming my garage doors, mounting a TV, etc) and again Will and team showed up on time and did exactly what was needed. I would highly recommend A Better Lock & Handyman to anyone looking for a good reliable locksmith or handyman.
