"This was the worst experience I have ever had with a landscaping company. They are disorganized and nobody in the office communicates with one another. I was scheduled for lawn cutting and they forgot to pull my information. I was told I would be on a Thursday and then they moved me to a Monday. It took 3 weeks before they came out to cut my lawn. I scheduled a spring clean up months before the date. At 5:30 in the evening they still had not come even though I had confirmed the date. I called again and was told a truck was coming. I cancelled it as it was getting too much with shadows and would be dark soon. The owner even gave me an attitude after I told him why I was cancelling his services. Get organized Jays!"

Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

"Awesome. Danny and his crew were great to work with. They planted a lovely dogwood, flowers for 5 clay pots, 5 hanging pots, 5 concrete vases, 2 concrete boxes, and a large wood planter. They transplanted a flowering bush I wanted to keep, cleaned out and raised the soil level of the wood box (size approx 6x8 feet) so the perennials and annuals could be seen. We discussed the colors I wanted, he shared photos of his suggestions, and made adjustments based on my feedback. My front, side and backyards now look wonderful! Next year I plan to work with him starting April and not August :-). I recommend them highly."

He sent me several Nasty texts, which I will never post, all because his wife is very nice and I will Not try to hurt the business. Just want customers to be aware. As this season is winding down maybe the husband can take some customer service Classes, First How to respect your customers. Second, Take time to listen to your customers. There are plenty more classes you should take but I Don?t have that Kind of Time. I should have written this review months ago, but I never write a review when I am angry..
