I was initially very happy then I realized when they completed their job they left rocks under my porch. I called Pacific, they scheduled an appointment and sent a technician out and he said the rocks were not them. I advised if he did not correct the issue I would leave a negative review and he agreed to clear the rocks. Their technician then proceeded to blame the electrician. They provide a warranty but only if you agree to use their services. There was something in fine print that says I have to use them to service this system otherwise the warranty is not valid, which makes it a big issue at this point.
