"Manny was wonderful! I called many companies and plumbers to have my shower faucet fixed. I couldn't get a fast appointment and never got a good explanation of what options I had. Manny called me shortly after I emailed him; came the same day and explained everything that needed to be done to fix the issue with my shower. He is very patient, realistic, and honest. "The one old toilet wasn't taken away and I was told to call my township. I'm trying to do less not more when I pay someone to do the work. Responsibly came out when he said he would and did the work needed to do that part of the job in a timely manner. Bathroom Reno requires 4 different sets of pro's to finish one room. A lot of coordinating work that I learned as I still can't take a photo until baseboards and now painting caulking and plastering and glass door needs to still be done. "We would HIGHLY recommend Kyree Coleman for all of your plumbing needs. We had a plumbing emergency where our toilet backed up and flooded our downstairs bathroom and hallway. In a panic, we contacted emergency Plumbers listed online. Len plumbing responded to Our home where they assessed our sewer line and confirmed that there was a blockage of rocks in the clean out pipe. They also advised that they did not have the proper equipment to remove the rocks and called in a â digging specialistâ . About an hour later their co worker â Dougâ arrived and also confirmed there was a blockage of rocks in the sewer drain that he could visibly see. Doug advised that there was no other alternative to remediate this issue other then having a crew dig up my front yard around the area and cut the sewer line to get to the rocks. The estimate he gave us was $7,300 for this service and further advised that the digging crew doesnâ t dig on the weekends so we would need to wait until Monday (this was Friday afternoon). We advised him that we needed to think about this as this is the first time we have ever had a plumbing issue and that was a significant amount of money that we would need to pay. Doug became pushy and wanted us to sign a contract immediately. My husband and I refused to sign a contract and stated that we needed time to make additional phone calls. Doug then left our home. He later called back arrogantly and advised he was still waiting for our call back. We were lucky enough to get a referral for Kyree and we were in contact Immediately. He was busy with other jobs but still found the time to fit us into his busy schedule. He was polite, professional and optimistic that he could help us. He arrived at our home later that evening and assessed the blockage. He advised that he was confident that he could manually remove the blockage and use his tools to remediate the situation without costing us thousands of dollars and stress of digging up our property. Within 1 hour and 17 min (lol) Kyree was able to dislodge 7 river rocks in our clean out pipe that was causing the blockage in our sewer access. He utilized the tools he had with him and our plumbing was fixed!!! We couldnâ t believe he was able to solve this problem so quickly and easy. The other company was a scam and didnâ t even try to manually fix the problem! They automatically went to the most intrusive and expensive way! Kyree saved us thousands of dollars because he simply did what any descent human being/business should do and that is to try the least intrusive approach first before such a drastic measure.
