"We ( my wife and I ) met Jeff on August 25th ( the day we requested help. Jeff showed up within the hour of our request. Very nice and friendly guy. We walked around the property explaining to him what we wanted / needed to be done. As we kept talking Jeff made subsections that we didn't think about. Subsections with beautiful results ( which my wife loved ) at an economical result ( which I loved ).when we got to the backyard, I knew that there were going to be a problem since we have small door fences and I already had this problem before with other landscapers. Jeff explained to us that his lawnmowers blade was over 21 inches that it might not fit through the gate. I knew that was going to happen, so it didn't even bother me. But, here is where Jeff surprised me. He told us that he will try to see if it fits and see what he can do. The next day ( which surprised me because I thought I was going to end up at the bottom of a list being a new customer an all ) when I go went to the backyard I see Jeff working in the backyard manually. When I approached him the first words out of his mouth were, the lawnmower didn't fit and I know I promised you ( which I don't really remember him promising ) that I would try getting to the backyard. And when I saw him working the backyard manually, I knew that Jeff / Southern End Landscaping and us we will be doing business for a long time."
