We are a small business normally everyone would deal with me directly I would come do the work myself unless it's a larger job. On small jobs payment is taken at end of job larger ones there is a deposit. Specials are September through November and March through April 25$ off $200 or less, $50 off $200-450, and $100 off $500 and up on all power washing services

Yes, a double fence can keep deer out of your yard by using the deer’s limited depth perception. For example, a 6-foot tall fence with another 4-foot fence a couple feet from the outer fence makes it look more difficult and unsafe for the deer to jump and land safely. You can even mimic the look of a double fence by using wire or a clothesline.

The height of your garden fence depends on your goals and priorities. Do you need to keep rabbits out? Then you’ll need at least two feet in height to do so. Is it more of a privacy fence? Additionally, most homeowners' insurance providers will require some type of fence surrounding a residential pool before they provide coverage.

Home insurance policies may cover fencing repair and replacement costs if the damage is caused by covered causes of loss, such as a storm, fire, or vandalism. However, natural wear and tear and damage caused by owner negligence and insufficient maintenance are not covered. The same goes for damage caused by improper installation.

Ideally, when you replace a fence post, you should also replace the concrete footing. The concrete bonds to your new post, creating a secure base. If you install a new post into old concrete, it won’t be as sturdy.

That said, it is possible. Sometimes the post will lift right out of the concrete. If not, you can use a high-lift car jack to try and lift the pole out of the footing. Put the new post into the same hole and backfill it with fast-setting concrete. Keep in mind, this won’t work well for metal posts.
