tech. was a total crybaby from the time my wife talked to him!!! can't go here with machine,can't drive machine here ,didn' know i wasn't supposed to drive on newly sealcoated drive. can't pick up cord on lawn. BAAWAA!!! Stay home & give somebody else a job!! Probably with company for 20 yrs!!

Will Faux, the Grasshopper who services a our lawn every year could not be more professional. courteous, and considerate than he already is. He goes out of his way to make sure our needs are met, and our lawn has been in excellent shape ever since he and Grasshopper Lawns have been treating our property. The t cynicism James Reinthardt, arrived pulled up to the front of the house. The dog was in the yard. I immediately went out to get the dog in but he was pulling away. He didnâ  t even get out of his truck. I yelled as he was pulling around the corner but I presume he didnâ  t hear me because he didnâ  t stopped. I called the local Grasshopper office. Fortunately the technician was able to get in touch with him and he returned to do the job.
