In my experience, this company has shown a significant lack of integrity and provided exceptionally poor customer service. I engaged them for new grass cutting services, but unfortunately, they failed to fulfill their obligations. Despite repeated attempts to communicate with them, I received constant misinformation and promises that were never fulfilled. Despite their assurances to cut the grass the next day, they consistently failed to show up, leaving me without any updates unless I proactively reached out to them. They attempted to attribute their lack of action to rain delays, but this excuse fell short as there had been no rain for four consecutive days, yet they still failed to fulfill their commitment to service.

I have hired ABC Lawn and Landscaping for a few outdoor projects now including winterizing an irrigation system, some fall clean up, and removal of tall weeds/grasses at the back of my property line. I have dealt with Josh on numerous occasions and he has always presented himself in the upmost professional manner and was able to accommodate me with ease. You can tell that he and his team do care about the quality of work that they provide which is nice to see nowadays. I have been thoroughly impressed by all encounters thus far that I have decided to switch my lawn maintenance company come to spring!
