My name is Kevin Gallagher. Proud owner of Gallagher's Building & Remodeling. I've been in business now for 32 years and I take GREAT PRIDE in my work and guarantee you won't be disappointed with the quality & craftsmanship I've perfected over the years. I service most of Camden & Gloucester Counties and I personally come to your home, (Free In-Home Estimate) discuss your project, and work up an estimate for that project. We will work together in making your dreams, for your home, come true. I am available 6 days a week and return all phone calls myself. Wow, we are very impressed with Kevin's work on a recent bathroom remodel! He came highly recommended from a reliable friend and Kevin certainly lived up to the hype! Kevin is a true professional who routinely communicates next steps of the job and ensures the rest of your house is well preserved during the construction process. Many contractors have a reputation of working multiple jobs at the same time or being unreliable. Once Kevin started our job, he was there every day until the job was complete, and our family was quickly able to get back to our routines with the addition of a beautiful bathroom. Kevin's attention to detail is second to none, and he takes great pride in his work! I was happy to see that Kevin has a small team of highly qualified professionals for some tasks outside of his specialty (e.g. tiling, electrical) as this ensured high quality results in all aspects of the remodel. We will definitely be recommending Kevin to others and already have. Our neighbor asked to see our new bathroom and was blown away. The neighbor has already contacted Kevin to remodel his 2 bathrooms. His work speaks for itself - attempting to include pictures here. Additionally, we have already had Kevin back for a different job, adding on a portico and updating the other bathrooms. We are very fortunate to have found Kevin and highly recommend him!!

This was our second time using Gallagher’s Building & Remolding. Our first time was 8 years ago when we added an addition and deck. This time it was a 3-room addition with bathroom and total overhaul of the existing exterior & interior. Once again Kevin did not disappoint. Just as previous, not only was the work impeccable but his professionalism was second to none. Having a major overhaul interrupts day-to-day life and requires much planning. Kevins attention to detail, planning and keeping us informed of the next steps helped make this a very smooth process for our family. There were no problems during the process – Kevin only offered solutions. He knew our vision and worked extremely hard to find ways to achieve the end goal while keeping our budget in mind. He is honest, professional, extremely talented and made this a very easy process for our family.I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend him for any size project.

If you’re looking for a contractor you can trust to do a great job, Kevin is your guy. He’s dependable, prompt, neat, pays attention to detail, just an overall good, and talented, guy whose services we have also used several times in the past, always completely satisfied with the finished product. Kevin did a fantastic job building our porch. It is absolutely beautiful and we love it! Kevin is truly a craftsman and it shows that he takes great pride in his work. From concept, design, construction, to completion he far exceeded our expectations. We were very particular about a lot of details and Kevin worked with us on everything. Even when we wanted to change some things during construction, he was able to accommodate us and always added additional ideas from his experience and knowledge to make it perfect. He was always on time, told us exactly when he would be there, was very respectful of our home and family, and worked very neatly, not leaving a mess. He was even a good friend to our dogs and always watched out for them and made sure they were safe in our yard! I can’t say enough good things. It was such a great experience working with Kevin. I would hire him back in a second. You will not be disappointed!

Gallagher's Building & Remodeling just completed a renovation of our 28 year old bathroom. We cannot say enough good things about how the job went. Kevin and his crew were timely and neat. He kept to the schedule and communicated each and every step along the way. The bathroom far exceeded our expectations. Kevin was there himself everyday and made sure everything was perfect. There are a lot of contractors to pick from when having work done in your home, you need to pick someone trust worthy and honest. Kevin fits that exactly. Thank you Kevin for everything you did to make our bathroom the beautiful showroom it is!

Kevin did a great job. Once the old doors d framing was removed, we found the threshold was completely rotted from water damage and had to be rebuilt. Also had to re-grout the threshold transition. This was not planned for but Kevin didn’t miss a beat. Let me know what was going on, what needed to be done etc.. Had to make a run to Home Depot, and did what it took to get the job done. Very personable, professional and takes great pride in his work. Quality of work, unquestionable. We will definitely be using Kevin again in the future.

We couldn’t be happier with our new floors!! We had new hardwood floors put in three rooms. Our house is old and had many issues underneath our existing floor we had no idea about. Kevin Gallagher fixed every problem. Our floors are now level,not to mention beautiful!! He left our house immaculate! You wold never know he was even there. I couldn’t recommend this company enough!! We plan to have our steps and upstairs flooring done in the future. He already has the job!! A++++++

"Also I would like to add, you aren’t 15 miles away. You are actually 20 miles away (30 mins) As is Cumberland County,, the state of Delaware, and the state of Pennsylvania. We DO NOT service those areas and they are the same distance if not closer. So again, as a business owner, we have the right to not take on a job if it is out of our servicing area. We provide our servicing areas right in our Introduction. And Angie’s list really needs to change their rules. Allowing someone that has had NO COMMUNICATION, besides our apology message 10 mins from your request, to be able to provide ANY REVIEW about our business because they/you are “upset” we don’t service their/your area is unprofessional on their part and the person leaving the review. Instead of just understanding the polite message we sent, you chose to click on “leave a review” and try to make our A status business look bad by tapping that F all because we don’t service your area. I was looking for my basement to be refinished but could not find anyone who would respond on Angie’s list. Gallagher’s answered promptly and professionally. We ended up putting our basement on hold due to personal reasons, but when we start it again we will absolutely be contacting Gallagher’s because of their professionalism and responsiveness.

Kevin is a great guy who does excellent work. He finished our basement several years back and just recently ripped out our 15 year-old builder’s grade master bath and a did a complete re-model. We wanted a sleek, modern bathroom will lots of space and clean lines and Kevin gave us exactly what we were looking for. Our new bathroom is beautiful! During the initial planning, Kevin talked with us quite a bit to make sure he understood what we wanted and his design ideas and attention to detail really brought everything together. Would not hesitate to recommend Kevin for any re-modeling project.
