"Decided to give MSD a call as I had another company over the house today to fix my AC and they were not able to repair it as they needed to order parts. Mehmet answered the phone and couldn't have been more professional/helpful. He spent 10 or so mins on the phone with me trying to understand the problem and give me advice. "My experience with air experts for the installation of a new HVAC unit and hot water heater was nothing short of superb. The team of technicians that arrived were professional, clean cut and the hardest working young men I have ever seen, all of them. They worked from 9am until after 10pm. Todd, the lead tech, Dennis, Iilia, and Acold were tireless on the installation. They were obviously dedicated employees that the company should be proud of.
