"I had written a poor review after getting unsatisfactory answers about an insect control treatment, which was supposed to have been done with one of my weed control visits , but was not listed as done. Within an hour, Joe B, a manager at Green Lawn, called me to apologize and explain why the treatment may not have been correctly recorded in my records. He was apologetic and kind. The fact that he responded so quickly and was so sincere really impressed me. I also have found the technicians (who do the treatments) to be very friendly too. Therefore I’ve upped my rating and intend to use this company again in 2026."

Since it took 2 years to complete this project we trusted that Henry would keep his word. I have called him but got no response. He should've kept his word and called us after we paid him Alot of money on good faith. Henry is not trustworthy. Its about scruples and doing the right thing. Run for the hills ."

He probably saved me thousands of dollars from avoiding asphalt damage. Beyond this, during execution of the job, Samuel was easy to work with and answered all my questions to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. He and his crew cleaned up everything and left the property immaculate. I would never hire anyone else but him for tree work. I wish he was closer to me because I would have hired him as my landscaper also!"
