I was able to reach partner Jeff Snyder on his phone that same Sunday, and he came to our home to assess the situation that day. While you can see on their web site that they have all the heavy equipment, they did not use cranes and bucket trucks in this case, but ropes, climbers, and smaller 'bobcat' loaders to move the wood, which saved a lot of yard damage. They could have easily come charging in with their big buckets and cranes and probably done the job faster and torn up my yard a lot more in the process.
