During the estimate process, I expressed concern about his truck damaging my asphalt driveway. He took note and on the day of the job he left the truck on the street and used manual labor and small machinery to lug everything back to the street. He probably saved me thousands of dollars from avoiding asphalt damage. Beyond this, during execution of the job, Samuel was easy to work with and answered all my questions to insure everything was done to my satisfaction. He and his crew cleaned up everything and left the property immaculate. I would never hire anyone else but him for tree work. Since it took 2 years to complete this project we trusted that Henry would keep his word. I have called him but got no response. He should've kept his word and called us after we paid him Alot of money on good faith. Henry is not trustworthy. Its about scruples and doing the right thing. Run for the hills ."
