"The contractor scheduled our initial meeting almost immediately. When he first arrived he removed the window, that was broken, for measurement. He noted the size and explained that it would be ordered and should take 7-10 days. He followed up and let me know the progress. Once window was completed by manufacturer he scheduled the appointment to replace the window, keeping me updated and aware. He installed the window on the day he scheduled and the window looks great. I would definitely Ro again for any window needs and would recommend him as well."

Looks great, and solved a sun glare problem in a room frequently used for TV, that had two quarter round windows about 18 ft high with no window treatments. "Excellent workmanship and products I have had three installations with Power in the past two years. I first used them for a new roof and gutters. The workers were all knowledgeable in their area of work. Clean up was good although some nails kept showing up over time. Next I had the 2nd floor windows and some 1st floor windows replaced, 9 in total. Installation went well and they cleaned up beautifully afterwards. I love the windows! They are a beautiful and energy efficient product. Lastly, I recently had a bay window replaced in my kitchen with the same type window. The workers ere all friendly and explained what would be done. The area was draped with plastic to cut down on dust. Clean up was excellent inside and outside! The window is beautiful and the framing on the outside of the window matches the other windows and the small roof above the bay window was replaced with the same roofing as the rest of the house. I would choose them again for any future projects."

"I Love the windows. The installation crew were sloppy. They left debris from the old windows (nails)all over my deck and Patio. The new windows created their own mess leaving behind sharp metal shavings from the casing used to wrap the windows. The caulking looked like a toddler did it with a dry finger. On my foyer window the suction cup marks are still on it. On another window the casing was installed to make the window appear crooked. If they just examined their work after they finished they would have observed their poor craftsmanship and corrected it on the spot. We are very unimpressed by the install team. Also they took out a chunk of my hardwood floor by my front door."
