We do free estimates and DO NOT CHARGE FOR GAS. We normally as for half of the total cost of the job upfront to start the project then the rest when the job is done to satisfaction.

I am lead certified and I have a mold remediation company that does all my mold work. I do not charge for travel, as that is something you have to do to get to work. I work every job differently on the billing procedures, as not every job is the same. I work with customers on all phases such as design, paint schemes, window layout, lighting, doors, and general footprints for small additions and garages. I do all my own dirt work straight through to the finish work. And most importantly, when you call my phone, I answer it, day or night!
