Starting in the late 1980’s as small partnership building and renovating homes in the Pioneer Valley, Thayer Street Associates, Inc. has expanded to include not only residential work but commercial projects for retail businesses, offices, educational facilities, restaurants, medical and dental practices, hospitals, hotels, municipal offices, churches, and historical restoration work. TSA has not only grown its general contracting and project management business, but from modest beginnings, has developed a cabinet and millwork shop capable of meeting the requirements of clients and architects to produce casework in quantity and of the highest quality. Throughout our expansion, we at TSA have strived to maintain a commitment to conduct business with our clients —both residential and commercial— in an open, honest, and personal way. We believe that in all construction projects best results are achieved collaboratively.
